Peach Streusel Bread
Look at those cute little faces! We had so much fun picking peaches off the peach trees. My peach trees were absolutely plentiful this year! The weight of the peaches were starting to break the branches! We love to eat them fresh right off the tree! Though it is also fun to make yummy treats with them. Like our Peach Streusel Bread for instance!
This Peach Streusel Bread is definitely delicious, and so easy to make! We are sure our Peach Streusel Bread will become one of y'alls favorite sweet breads of all time. We all LOVE it! You can even make it all year round using canned peaches.
This Peach Streusel Bread is the perfect easy sweet bread to impress your friends and family.

Streusel Peach Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups of diced fresh peaches or 2 cups of canned peaches well drained.
Peach Streusel Bread
Instructions:
1. In a mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Blend to mix.
2. While on low speed, add oil, eggs and vanilla. Then gently stir in fresh peaches or well drained canned peaches with a spoon.
3. Divide batter into two well greased ceramic bread pans. Sprinkle crumb topping on top and Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
Streusel Topping
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cube butter softened
Combine the ingredients in your mixer, on low speed, until little clumps form. Be careful not to over mix, or turn the speed up too high. You don't want the streusel to turn to mush!
Sprinkle the streusel on top of batter.
