Brownie Bottom Peppermint Pie

Nothing says Christmas like peppermint! This Brownie Bottom Peppermint Pie is one of my family's holiday favorites! My Mom has been making it for years! I took this to my Sister's Christmas Party, and it was as popular as ever! I love making this for get-togethers, because it is eye catching, and you make it a day or two before! It's so nice grabbing it out of the freezer on the way out the door!

Start by baking a box brownie mix in a springform pan! Make sure the pan is greased well! Just mix, and bake according to the box directions. Once it's finished baking, let it cool completely! For a thicker brownie layer, you can use two brownie mixes.

For the Peppermint layer, mix together, with your mixer, the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, sugar, Peppermint extract, and red food coloring. Then fold in the whipped cream.

Then pour the Peppermint mixture on top of the brownie layer. Sprinkle with red sprinkles, and some crushed Peppermint candies! The set in your freezer for at least 12 hours! I made mine a whole 24 hours earlier!

Yum! Brownie Bottom Peppermint Pie! Even babies love it! I hope you enjoy this Festive Christmas Pie! Merry Christmas!
