Christmas Crinkle Cookies

We are getting ready for Santa to Visit our house! Which means we need to bake Christmasy Cookies to set out for Santa! These Christmas Crinkle Cookies are perfect for Old Saint Nick! Daddy Bear loves these too, because they taste like brownies! They are chewy, fudgy, and just perfection!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1/2 cup canola oil 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 cup Christmas Sprinkles for rolling 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients, sugar, flower, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

In your mixing bowl, mix together the wet ingredients, eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix for 5 seconds, you don't t want to over mix.

Now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl, a little at a time. Mix until just incorporated. Don't over mix!

Now cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and set in the fridge for an hour or two.

Once the dough has chilled, scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough, and roll into balls. Then roll the balls in a bowl of Christmas Sprinkles, once the ball is covered with Sprinkles, you can roll them around in powdered sugar! Now they are nice and covered!

Bake the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 degrees, for 10-12 minutes.

Let the Cookies rest 5 minutes and then serve to your little bears with Christmas milk! Don't forget to leave a few out for Santa! Merry Christmas Friends!
