Firehouse Pork Spaghetti

Recently we had our family Christmas party at my house, and we had the best time! There were games, laughter, and of course, lots of yummy food! The main dish I served was this Firehouse Pork Spaghetti, its straight from the fire station! It is delicious, and this isn't your typical Italian spaghetti. This stuff is amazing, warm your belly, perfect for a cold winter, or family gathering kind of dish. One other thing, its easy (insert big smiley face)! Put this in your oven and do not worry about it for four hours!

Ingredients:

1-2 Pork Roasts

2 Cans of Italian Diced Tomatoes

1 1/2- 2 C BBQ sauce

1 1/2 T Italian Seasonings

1 5 oz. Container of Shredded Parmesan cheese

1 C of Romano Cheese

Pasta Noodles

First step is set preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place your pork, tomatoes, bbq sauce, and seasonings into a pot to slow cook in your oven. You can use a crock pot as well, but I love the texture it gets when it slow cooks in the oven. Once your pork has cooked for four and half hours, it should be ready to shred with a fork. Mix your cheeses with the pork, and serve over pasta. You can garnish your dish with a little Italian parsley and mozzarella like we did. It really dressed it up!

Our little Christmas girls enjoy this dish as much as we do and its great for serving a crowd! I hope y'all give this a try, its one of my favorite dishes to eat!
