Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Bread

Happy, Happy Fall! Let's get things started with Pumpkin Bread! And not just any pumpkin bread... it's Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Bread! It's perfect for this weather! Yesterday the family was harvesting the garden, we got everything picked just in time too! The nights are cold here!

My sweet daughter proudly counted our pumpkins, and told everyone that we have 21 pumpkins! She's got her name in the biggest one for carving! So since we are in a Pumpkin mood, let's bake this delicious bread!

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup flour

1/3 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 cup pure pumpkin

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Sugar Sprinkles

In a bowl mix together the sugar, flour, spices, and baking powder.

Then in your Mixer cream together the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and pumpkin.

Once the wet ingredients are mixed, add in the dry ingredients.

Lastly add in the pecans, and chocolate chips. Don't over mix the batter!

Pour the batter into 3 greased bread pans! I used disposable bread pans, because I'm giving 2 away as gifts, the other pumpkin bread is for us!

Bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes, then take the loafs out of the oven, and sprinkle on sugar sprinkles. Place the pans back into the oven and cook for another 20-30 minutes!

This Festive Fall Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Bread was perfect for our neighbors! What do you think, will you be making this delicious bread to share?!
