Lemony White Chocolate Chip Cookies

We are embracing the beautiful weather around here in full force! From fun outdoor activities, to Summertime cooking. It’s bright, refreshing, and fits perfectly for this time of year. First thing are these Lemony White Chocolate Chip Cookies!

We are on a bit of a lemon kick around here! I want to put it in everything lately. My mom made a delicious lemon bread the other day, and we were so sad once it was gone, haha! So, I decided to bake these Lemony White Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are delicious, and gave us our lemon fix!

I’m also on a little bit of a cookie kick. Actually, I am always up for Cookies! The Cookie Monster and I would definitely be best friends! Or maybe worst enemies, Haha! Either way, these Lemony White Chocolate Chip Cookies will disappear quickly.

You will need, Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter

1 egg

1 Cup Sugar

1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Zest of one lemon

1 3/4 Cup Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 teaspoon Cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

In your mixing bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Next step is to add in the flour, baking soda, and cornstarch, mix together.

Scoop your dough onto a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
