Salsa Verde Chicken Biscuit Bake
This Salsa Verde Chicken Biscuit Bake is a fantastic weeknight dinner! Just throw everything together in a Casserole dish, and bake it when you're ready! I like to make this while my kids are at school, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge. Then I put it in the oven for dinner! It's a winner every time, Y'all need this easy dinner in your life!
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, cut into bites
1 jar salsa verde
8oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans of biscuits, cut into bites
1 tablespoon Steak seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
First brown the chicken in your pan, add in the seasonings.
Then add in the cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and jar of salsa verde. Stir until melted, and incorporated.
Add in the biscuits, and stir.
Then pour into a greased Casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
