Breakfast Monkey Bread

Oh my goodness this Breakfast Monkey Bread is perfect for Sunday morning, or a special holiday morning! Or, let's be honest here, it's perfect for any time of the day! It just makes me think of breakfast because of the peanut butter and syrup combination. Our family always eats peanut butter and syrup on our pancakes, french toast, and waffles! This Breakfast Monkey Bread is so easy, and delicious!

2 cans of biscuits

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup maple syrup

1/2 stick of butter

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or creamy

Cut the biscuits up into bites.

Put the sugar and cinnamon, and biscuits into a bag, and shake it, until the biscuit bites are covered.

In a microwave safe bowl add the syrup, peanut butter, butter, and cocoa powder. Microwave for about a minute, stir until combined.

Put half the biscuits into a greased bunt pan. Pour half the peanut butter mixture over the top.

Then add the rest of the biscuits over the top, followed with the rest of the peanut butter mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes!

Serve with additional syrup!
