Nana's Comforting Meatballs and Gravy

My mom just made this meal up one day. I was probably 8years old at the time, and we were having the Missionaries over for dinner! It ended up being a family favorite, and a regular at my house!

Here's what you need,

ingredients:

1 box of stuffing mix

1 pond of hamburger meat

1/2 an onion diced small

1 can of cream of mushroom soup, I know there are 2 cans in the picture, but I only used one

1 cup of sour cream

1 cup of water

2 eggs

1 cup of mushrooms, optional

First add the hamburger meat, onion, eggs, stuffing mix, and salt and pepper into a bowl. Then mix the ingredients together, and form it into balls. Line them in a greased Casserole dish.

In a separate bowl mix together the can of cream of mushroom, sour cream, and water.

Then pour the gravy mixture on top of the uncooked Meatballs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes!

This meal is so comforting, and delicious!

It's easy, and just in time for Fall!
