Independence Day Ice Cream Cake

My Independence cake is so Easy y'all! It's also perfect for July, because you don't have to turn on your oven! This dessert is full of red, white, blue and flavor. Isn't it eye candy? With plump blue berries, and fresh strawberries mixed with ice cream. This is the perfect summer dessert! It's so pretty, and your guests are going to love how yummy it is!

Ingredients:

12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

1 cup of bluberries

1 cup of sliced strawberries

1 can of blueberry pie filling

1 container of whipped topping

Strawberry syrup for your drizzle

Start with a layer of whipped topping, and blueberry pie filling!

Next layer in the ice cream sandwiches...

Follow with another layer of whipped topping and blueberry pie filling! This time add a layer of strawberries, and top with fresh blueberries!

Add another layer of whipped topping, and blueberry pie filling.

Layer on the last of the ice cream sandwiches!

Top that with the last layer of whipped topping, and another layer of strawberries, and blueberries! Don't forget to drizzle some strawberry topping on it! Freeze it for 4 hours or overnight! Happy 4th of July!
